Gardens which offers many additional activities for you and your guests to enjoy.

THE PMCC MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
is owned and operated by PMCC, Inc. and provides such services
as water systems, garbage and trash collections, pest control, security, upkeep
of the roads in the village and the recreation facilities and grounds of the Village owned by PMCC, Inc.
A monthly service fee is paid by each Chalet in the Village for these services.
THE PMCC RENTAL PROGRAM
is available, on an optional basis, for those Chalet owners
who wish to have their vacation homes rented daily, weekly or monthly. PMCC, Inc.
provides such services as advertising, reservations, registration, collection
and accounting, housekeeping, linens, maid clean-up, etc. The income from the
rental program may help pay for your Chalet.
