Our rates offer a great value! Our privately owned vacation homes are an average of 1500 square feet to include a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. Also, the use of all onsite recreational amenities and linen exchange is included. Standard stay is a two-night minimum. A one-time cleaning charge is added to your total stay. See rate schedule for the appropriate fee. A three-night minimum is required for Thanksgiving. One-night stays are allowed in two and three bedroom chalets only. Taxes added: 8% sales tax and 3% hotel/motel tax.

An 8% sales tax & 3% hotel/motel tax are added to the nightly rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A 14-day advance notice of cancellation OR downsizing of an existing reservation is required for 1, 2, 3 bedroom chalet rentals. ANY RESERVATIONS MADE DURING THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD THAT ARE CANCELLED WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT. A 30-day notice is required for any 4, 5 and 6 bedroom units, and the Lodge. ANY RESERVATIONS MADE DURING THE 30 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD THAT ARE CANCELLED WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT. Your deposit will be forfeited if we are not notified within these timeframes of your cancellation and/or changes.

A $35 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation.

Included with your stay at no additional charge is FREE linen exchange,  use of our recreational facilities to include; swimming, tennis, boating, fishing, putt-putt, basketball, volleyball and more. No additional charges for equipment use, which can be checked out at our onsite management office.

Specials are not retroactive on existing reservations. They can only be applied to new reservations. Restrictions may apply.

Wedding Guest Discount: Receive 10% off if you are staying with us while attending a wedding at The Chalets or 5% off if you are attending a wedding at a venue nearby.

We offer designated “Pet-Friendly” chalets for dogs only. Refer to RENTAL POLICY and Pet Waiver for information, additional fees and restrictions. Contact our office to inquire about our pet-friendly chalets. Dogs are not allowed in non-pet friendly chalets.

Dogs are allowed at our resort. There is a $35 per day fee that is charged and it will not exceed $140.  Please read the Pet Waiver and understand all pet rules before bringing yours to The Chalets.
